My interpretation was the general perception of women and men in society and culture. The act of a man grabbing a woman's hand symbolizes empowerment, leadership, and initiative, however, the woman in this action is seen as submissive, appreciated, admired, and gentle.
Gender inequality lamp
My design is inspired by personal experiences and the traditional gesture of men kissing a woman's hand as a form of greeting. Exploring interactions between genders led me to consider the underlying psychology.

Crafted from 100% compostable materials derived from non-edible byproducts of food production such as sugarcane/bagasse, bamboo, or PLA bioplastic sourced from corn.
